A large exhibition centre and concert hall in London needed to update their PMR system and expand it to several new sites. Following a review of the requirements, a 15 year cost of ownership analysis was presented to the client. In conjunction with the client it was concluded (in 2010-11) that they would be best suited to keeping an analogue trunked system rather than migrating to digital. B Consulting then wrote the tender document, helped the client identify several companies who could be invited for tender, helped select the successful supplier and managed the contract to completion.
